We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with 48 hours notice. A repeat cancellation may incur a charge.

Sickness Policy

If you or someone in your family are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms within 24 hours of your salon visit, please call and we'll re-arrange your appointment. This includes COVID-19 and anything transmittable to others. We like to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible.

  • Please attend your appointment by yourself.
  • We kindly request you wear a face covering.
  • Please sanitise your hands.
  • You may be asked to wait outside before your appointment (in Winter months please dress accordingly).
  • No food in the salon is allowed at present.
  • Please keep your distance when possible.
