Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with 48 hours notice. A repeat cancellation may incur a charge.
Deposit Policy
- The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
- If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained.
- If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
- No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
Sickness Policy
If you or someone in your family are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms within 24 hours of your salon visit, please call and we'll re-arrange your appointment. This includes COVID-19 and anything transmittable to others. We like to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible.
